Who operates the site?

CortexKinematics is an independent project operated from India. Contact: hello@cortexkinematics.com. Operator and contact information.

Browsing and hosting

Requests for pages and downloads send technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to the hosting infrastructure. This is used to deliver the site and maintain security. The stated host is Hostinger, with hosting in India. Exact provider entities, log retention and any CDN arrangements still need operator confirmation.

Contact

The website inquiry form has been removed. For current questions, use the public email address in the footer; your email service may process the message and its delivery details. Earlier form submissions, if any, remain subject to the site’s database access controls and the retention policy described below.

Newsletter

Newsletter signup stores your email address and subscription status and sends a confirmation email. Announcements are sent only after you confirm through that email. Each announcement includes an unsubscribe link. The site also stores verification/unsubscribe tokens and operational delivery information. The email provider and retention period require final confirmation.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you select Accept analytics. It can process information about page visits, device/browser characteristics and interactions and can set identifiers such as analytics cookies. Google receives the analytics data, and processing may take place outside India. The exact tags, Google service entity, retention setting and transfer arrangements must be verified against the deployed Google configuration.

Select Reject analytics to use the site without loading the optional Google tag container. Browsing or scrolling does not count as consent. Our consent setup keeps advertising storage and ad-personalization signals denied; it does not authorize advertising tags.

Cookies and browser storage

Cortala downloads and app data

Downloading the app does not upload microphone audio to this website. Download requests still pass through hosting infrastructure as described above. The distributed app does not contain the developer’s recordings or API keys.

Inside Cortala, local recognition runs on the device when a local speech model is selected. Choosing a cloud transcription endpoint, AI cleanup or language-model translation can send audio or text to that provider. App recordings, history, optional encryption and exports have their own settings; the website’s analytics choice does not configure the app. Review provider policies and recording permissions before use.

Retention, sharing and your requests

Specific retention periods for inquiries, subscribers, operational logs and backups are awaiting operator confirmation. They must be documented before this notice is finalized.

Data may be handled by hosting, email and opted-in analytics providers for the purposes described. Contact the operator to ask about your data, request correction or deletion, unsubscribe, withdraw analytics consent or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights and response duties depend on the law governing the processing. We may need information to verify your request, but do not send a password or unnecessary identity documents.

Changes

This notice and the cookie-preference version will be updated when processing changes. A material change to optional analytics will require a new choice. The website is not intended for submitting sensitive personal information.
